As all items are made to order please allow 5-7 days for production of your order and a further time of 1-3 days for shipping within Australia. All international orders are subject to their own delivery times depending on location.

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders which have already been confirmed.

5. Payment

  • We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and AfterPay.
  • Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 days of receiving payment but can sometimes experience delays during busier periods. Should this be the case we will reach out to let you know if your order has been delayed.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • As everything is made to order we do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we can issue a store credit for your purchased item value.
  • We accept exchanges within 10 business days of receiving your item, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
