EXCHANGES / RETURNS
Every piece is shipped from our Brisbane studio, usually within one to two business days of your order. You'll get a tracking number by email when your piece leaves.
Things don't always go to plan so if you change your mind for any reason we are happy to offer exchanges or returns for store credit to the value of the product at purchase within 10 business days from date of delivery. We will issue a store credit for your purchased item value.
All items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn and with all original packaging intact. If the returned item/s do not meet these conditions, it may be returned to you at an additional charge.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or Isabella Longginou has made a mistake and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your request.

PRE-ORDER
Our pre-order pieces are always worth the wait so we thank you for your patience.
Pre-order items are purchased at the discretion of the customer. We provide an estimated timeframe for the arrival of all pre-order goods however as with all production and shipping, delays can occasionally occur beyond our control.
If you are unsure of timing or need any further information before purchasing, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team, we are here to help.
We will always do our very best to fulfil orders within the suggested pre-order timeframe. Please note that Isabella Longginou cannot be held responsible for orders that arrive outside of the estimated timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control.
STORE CREDIT
Isabella Longginou store credits are issued as gift cards via email which are honoured for 3 years from date of issue.
REFUNDS
Isabella Longginou is not required to refund unless a garment is faulty or lost at the discretion of Isabella Longginou.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
